| 上海新芝电子有限公司 于1993年2月正式成立。由上海永新彩色显像管股份有限公司、日本三井物产株式会社、日本株式会社东芝、东芝（中国）有限公司合资经营，主要生产和销售彩色限极射线管用平板荫罩以及其他电子产品。公司一、二期总投资7,983万美元，注册资本3,159.9万美元，投资比例分别为65%、17.5%、15.75%。公司地处上海市漕河泾新兴技术开发区，占地面积32,600平方米，建筑面积19,650平方米，现有员工381名，生产品种为14"-34"各类规格的CPT荫罩，并已涉及了VFD、引线框架等新兴领域。 |

Ltd. was estabished among Shanghai Novel CPT Co.,
Ltd., Mitsui & Co. Ltd., Toshiba Corporation and Toshiba China
Corporation mainly manufacturing and selling Shadow Mask for CPT
and other electronical products. The first two production line was
invested with 79.83 million. The registered capital is USD31,599
million. The rate for each shareholder is 65%,17.5%,15.75% and 1.75%.Xin
Zhi is located in Shanghai Cao He Jing Hi-Tech Park with 32.6 thousand
square meters of gross floors area and 381 people employed.The main
product is mask for CPT ranged from 14" to 34". Xin Zhi
is also entering the new field such as VFD and down-lead frame. |
